The Iowa Public Procurement Association is excited to invite sponsors to support our upcoming one-day conference. This event brings together professionals from state and local government, education, and public agencies, to share insights, learn best practices, and build community in the field of public procurement.

50-60 public procurement professionals are expected to be in attendance.

Raffle Prize Support
As part of our event, we are organizing a food/supply drive to support two Ames non-profits: 
The Bridge Home and Food at First
The Bridge Home is devoted to bridging the gap between homelessness and housing by providing shelter, support, and inspiring a pathway forward for individuals and families experiencing or on the verge of homelessness. A list of items they accept can be found here. Food at First is dedicated to providing meals to anyone who is struggling with hunger and food insecurity, no questions asked. They offer both a hot daily meal and a food pantry. Their food donation wish list is here. Attendees who bring a donation item for either organization will receive a raffle ticket.
Sponsors are invited to contribute a raffle prize (e.g. a gift card, swag item, or small bundle) to help us encourage participation in this effort. Sponsors who donate a prize will receive:
• Verbal recognition during the raffle drawing
• Name/logo displayed on the raffle slide
• A thank-you mention in the post-event communications
